  • I will take all reasonable care of your vehicle

  • I have insurance for all other cars on a third party basis, so long as your car has an in date MOT and it is insured by you.

  • I do not accept liability for any mechanical problem, puncture and/or damage/stone chip to any glass

  • I do not accept liability for any theft or damage (not caused by me) that occurs at any car park or parking space

  • it is the responsibility of the hirer (you, if in a hire car) to clarify if any restrictions of use apply with the rental company

  • It is your responsibility to take correct equipment and clothing for the conditions.

  • It is your responsibility for navigation from and to the final destination agreed with Trailpoints.

BOOKING POLICY

To reserve the booking, I require payment in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I recommend travel insurance to cover unforseen circumstances if using TRAILPOINTS whilst on holiday

Once a booking is confirmed by payment of fee, the below cancellation fees will be charged;

There is a 10% cancellation fee if you notify me by 5pm 7days before the arranged booking.

There is a 30% cancellation fee if you notify me after 5pm 7 days prior and up to 5pm 2 days before the arranged booking

There are no refunds if you cancel an arranged booking after 5pm 2 days before the booking.

No fee charged if you change the booking to another date within 3 months of the original. This must be done by 5pm 2 days before the original booking.

I reserve the right to cancel any booking with a full refund due to dangerous weather conditions, illness, injury or unforseen circumstance. You may decide to choose another date, instead of a full refund, if this occurs also.
